Descrizione del lavoro

Job description:1. Streamline all administration policies, procedures and management including office management, fixed assets management, mobile phone, company car, business insurance, ticket/hotel/accommodation, business trip expenses, meeting/annual party events, team building, employee recognition and so on; Facilitate the improvement office operation efficiency through local, region and HQ. 2. Ensure to align all local admin related compliance including office insurances and Health & Safety. 3. Manage day-to-day administration actives including office management, invoice process, purchasing, stationary, company car/mileages, fixed assets, SIM card, accommodation management and access control. 4. Manage office budget to ensure all cost reasonably spent. 5. Facilitate team atmosphere and organize team building events; Support business the meetings or events, e.g. town hall meetings, roundtable, annual party. 6. Assistant to senior leaders and manages business schedule, expenses, communications with local depts and HQ. 7. Admin vendor assessment and PSL selection as well as payment. 8. Company vehicles arrangement and insurance maintenance. Order office supplies; maintain service agreements with vendors; submit and reconcile expense reports. Assist in office/equipment maintenance and daily operations. 9. Maintain monthly contact lists and staff attendance for company daily list. 10. Company qualification certificates change and annual review. 11. Monitor and secure lease, service, equipment, supply and travel contracts consistent with Global guidance and to meet needs of business requirements. 12. Answer and direct phone calls; receive and register coming mails; provide general support to visitors. 13. Other administration duties as assigned by line manager.Requirements:1. Good knowledge in MS Office. 2. Proven admin experience with in-depth understanding of high-quality service. 3. Experience of working in a multicultural, international, fast-moving changing environment. 4. Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a calm courteous and professional manner. 5. Have self-motivational and Can-do attitude; Excellent organization and coordination skills. 6. Ability to work both on a team and independently to deliver results. 7. Proficient in Chinese, Italian and English, both written and verbal.
