MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Issuing quotations, invoices, receipts, statements. Managing receivables and administrative communications with our clients.
  • Issuing purchase orders. Managing payables and administrative communications with our vendors.
  • Supporting bookkeeping operations.
  • Supporting the daily operation of our office (collecting post, handling office procurement, offering hospitality to guests, ordering food & coffee for the team, other out-of-office errands).
  • Offering secretarial support and other assistance to the company director.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Computer literate
