MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Issuing quotations, invoices, receipts, statements. Managing receivables and administrative communications with clients.
  2. Issuing purchase orders. Managing payables and administrative communications with vendors.
  3. Supporting bookkeeping operations.
  4. Supporting the daily operation of the office (collecting post, handling office procurement, offering hospitality to guests, ordering food & coffee for the team, other out-of-office errands).
  5. Offering secretarial support and other assistance to the company director.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  1. At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role.
  2. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  5. Computer literate.
