Descrizione del lavoro

You will manage the development projects of new Cooling products, from initiation to project closure, to deliver offerings that satisfy the business case in accordance with the goals of customer satisfaction, quality, time to market, and product & project costs.

Your mission:

• Lead, coordinate, and challenge global, cross-functional teams across LOB and GSC worldwide, and report project status to management;
• Initiate all project, design, cost, safety, and other reviews to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met;
• Educate the team on the Agile new product development process;
• Work independently with minimal supervision, create and own project plans (schedule, resources, costs) to meet expectations and ensure quality and timely delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously (up to three or more in various stages);
• Collaborate with functional management to staff projects appropriately;
• Build trust and consensus for effective project collaboration, motivate the project team, and synchronize efforts with other teams;
• Analyze, anticipate, quantify, and mitigate risks (technical, schedule, manufacturability, application, etc.) throughout all project phases, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures;
• Report project activity status to all stakeholders (management, support functions, customers, etc.);
• Manage changes in project scope with cross-functional teams;
• Be responsible for project metrics related to schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Skills and competencies:

• Management Engineering or similar background;
• 2-3 years of experience in project management roles;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong team collaboration skills;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Effective change management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment in matrix organizations;
• Customer-oriented mindset.
