In this role you will:

Act as a senior-level professional responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key project equipment.

Apply your strong understanding of industry standards and engineering specifications related to critical infrastructure projects.

  • Oversee the timely delivery, quality assurance, and successful startup and commissioning of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment.
  • Work closely with multiple vendors and stakeholders to coordinate the delivery and installation of essential plant and equipment.
  • Manage a wide range of complex equipment typically used in large-scale construction projects, such as power distribution systems, automation controls, backup power systems, and mechanical units.
  • Attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or demonstrated experience in a relevant role.

Demonstrated experience managing construction for large, complex projects involving substantial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

A strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.

Experience managing client, general contractors and vendors, including equipment manufacturing, delivery logistics, RFPs, bidding processes, and change order management.

Demonstrated experience working on international projects, with a solid understanding of cultural, diversity, and inclusivity considerations within large-scale program delivery.
