Keytype is seeking a proactive administrator to lead our administration department in Naples. You will oversee general accounting, AR/AP, invoicing, and daily bookkeeping using Odoo, in collaboration with management and external advisors.

You will liaise with our accountant, payroll consultant and banks, support tax compliance and HR administration, and prepare regular reports for management. A strong eye for accuracy and independence is required.

Formación

• Experience in administrative and accounting roles.
• Good knowledge of accounting and Italian tax regulations.
• Familiarity with an ERP; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general accounting and the accounts receivable and payable cycle.
• E-invoicing, bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliations and payment schedule.
• Liaise with the company’s accountant, payroll consultant and banks.
• Support tax compliance and HR administration.
• Regular reporting for management.
