The ideal candidate

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong expertise in Odoo and a deep understanding of business processes. The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills, be proficient in Python, and be able to develop custom reports and modules within Odoo. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are key qualities.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization of Odoo modules
• Implementation and optimization of business processes (e.g., warehouse management) within Odoo
• Development and maintenance of Odoo-based web applications
• Creation of custom reports and data analytics tools
• Debugging and troubleshooting Odoo-related issues
• Working cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Odoo development and customization
• Proficiency in Python for backend development
• Solid understanding of business processes (e.g., warehouse, sales, accounting) in Odoo
• Ability to create and customize reports in Odoo
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket)
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Italian
