A dynamic business development firm in Milan seeks a Business Developer to manage partner relationships and drive business growth. You will coach Italian IT partners on best practices and qualifications while engaging with end clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Italian and English, with a passion for sales and strong negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, as well as being involved in business development with end clients. You'll work with Italian IT companies and system / ERP integrators that offer Odoo among their solutions.
As the partner's main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology, and product knowledge so they can grow their Odoo business.
You'll also get to act as a matchmaker, qualifying and providing demos to end clients to pair them up with suitable partners.
