CEVA Logistics is seeking an Ocean Import/Export Operator in a hybrid role, based in Italy. You will manage international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include documentation, invoicing, monitoring shipments in the TMS, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. A proven track record in logistics and strong English skills are essential.

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.
• Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations. You will support CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

What you will do

As Ocean Import Export Operator your main responsibilities will include:

• Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.

Salary package

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary / RAL: € 30.000 – € 40.000
