Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated E-commerce Special Projects Manager. In this role, within the E-commerce division, you will serve as the main point of reference for Special Projects, overseeing the full stream from project planning, development, and execution for the channel, to collecting forecasts and product offer overviews, to reporting and analysis as key factors of success. The focus will be on driving business performance and category improvements on key innovative products with a cross-market perspective, leveraging one of the most interesting projects of the coming years.

Main responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of reference and leader for the assigned project, coordinating all activities from planning to recurrent reporting and performance analysis on the category.
- Identify opportunities for the channel to develop and amplify key projects on site.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic actions to optimize outcomes, including dedicated and updated reporting shared with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Wearable team, Brand team, and Program team, ensuring alignment on objectives and seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather insights and drive actions across different regions and markets as the central hub for cross-market needs.
- Support the development and enhancement of the project, focusing on website improvements and communication projects involving the Creative Hub.
- Provide ongoing project support, ensuring milestones are met and challenges addressed proactively.
- Facilitate the flow of information between business, wearable, operation, creative, and technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage key .com special projects such as Wunderkind Channel and Omnichannel streams.
Main requirements:
- MSc in Business Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar e-commerce roles within complex organizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Macros, pivots, power pivots, lookups, VBA).
- Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets to identify trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities.
- Skills to align business strategies with e-commerce operations, optimizing revenue, efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, IT, wearable, and operations.
- Strong analytical thinking to resolve issues affecting e-commerce performance.
- Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or related fields.
- Capability to analyze business data and drive category improvements.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-market projects.
- Experience in website enhancements, category/product projects, and working with creative teams is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines.
