Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor PV plant performance using SCADA systems and remote diagnostics
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on inverters, switchboards, and panels
• Conduct inspections, infrared thermography, and string-level testing
• Manage documentation, maintenance logs, and reporting to asset managers
• Support emergency response and spare part coordination

Qualifications:

• Degree or technical diploma in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in O&M or field technical roles
• Strong knowledge of PV components, diagnostics, and site procedures
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Willingness to travel frequently within region
