O&M Deputy Manager (Utility Scale Plants) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Deputy O&M Manager to be based in Milan or Verona, Italy. Join our Operations and Maintenance team managing 300 MW of photovoltaic plants across EMEA. We value innovation, teamwork, and sustainability. If this resonates with you, apply now. We look forward to your application.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing operation and maintenance contracts for utility scale plants in Italy, including the Sardinia and Loreo PV plants.
• Handling contractual requirements, documentation, and client relations.
• Monitoring plant performance and supporting quality system implementation.
• Performing root cause analysis and supporting other O&M activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or technical diploma.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in PV plant maintenance or construction.
• At least 3 years managing O&M or EPC contracts.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures, IT skills, and proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and hold a valid driver’s license.
