O&M Deputy Manager (Utility Scale Plants) (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Deputy O&M Manager based in Milan or Verona, Italy, to join our Operations and Maintenance team managing 300 MW of photovoltaic plants across EMEA. The role involves managing operation and maintenance contracts for utility-scale PV plants, including the Sardinia and Loreo plants, and overseeing contractual, technical, and commercial tasks. Responsibilities include contract management, client relations, supplier coordination, performance monitoring, and supporting quality and maintenance processes. The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in PV plant maintenance or construction, and 3 years in O&M or EPC contract management. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of HSE procedures are essential. Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
