Job Description:

We are seeking a Deputy O&M Manager based in Milan or Verona, Italy, to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team managing 300 MW of photovoltaic plants across EMEA. The role involves managing operation and maintenance contracts for utility-scale PV plants, including the Sardinia and Loreo PV plants, and supporting the O&M team with technical and contractual tasks.

Key responsibilities include monitoring plant performance, managing contractual obligations, negotiating with clients and suppliers, supporting quality system implementation, and acting as a deputy team leader when needed. Requirements include a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 6 years of experience in PV plant maintenance or construction, and 3 years managing O&M or EPC contracts.
