Job Description:

O&M Deputy Manager (Utility Scale Plants) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Deputy O&M Manager based in Milan or Verona, Italy. Join our team maintaining 300 MW of solar power and monitoring approximately 1 GW of photovoltaic plants across EMEA. Responsibilities include:

• Managing operation and maintenance contracts for utility scale PV plants in Italy, including the Sardinia and Loreo PV plants.
• Handling contractual requirements, documentation, and client communications.
• Negotiating additional work and managing relations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring plant performance against KPIs and supporting quality system implementations.
• Performing Root Cause Analysis and assisting with other O&M activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in PV plant maintenance or construction.
• At least 3 years managing O&M or EPC contracts.
• Experience with utility scale PV plants (>20 MWp) preferred.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures, MS Excel, and English language.
• Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and travel up to 10%.
