This position offers a monthly salary of USD 4,805 and requires a commitment to at least two four-month contracts within a year.

MatchMedics is working with the largest and most diverse health services group in the cruise industry to recruit over 50 nurses. These nurses will provide quality healthcare to guests and crew while sailing worldwide, creating lasting memories.

Nurses will perform various technical and non-clinical administrative tasks supporting the efficient and safe operation of the medical center under the supervision of the Senior Nurse. Additional duties include equipment checks, medication and inventory management, participation in drills, audits, inspections, and training of other crew members. Technical skills such as X-ray acquisition and performing laboratory tests will be learned and practiced on board.

All medical staff are expected to deliver high levels of customer service, maintaining professionalism, friendliness, assertiveness, and politeness towards guests and crew, aligning with the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan.

• Application Requirements:
• Registered Nurse qualification
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree, and current registration and licensing with a regulatory body
• At least three years of postgraduate clinical experience in emergency medicine, acute care, or ICU, with recent clinical work experience
• A valid accredited ALS / ACLS certificate prior to joining
• PALS certification may be required before completing the first year
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher and MS Office
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Commitment to completing at least two four-month contracts within a year

Salary: USD 4,805 per month

Contract Length: 12 months
