Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a nurse aide to assist the nursing team with patient care activities essential to comfort and safety. You will help with personal hygiene, dressing, walking, linen changes, and transporting patients to tests.

As a PRN Employee, completion of an accredited medical assisting program or one year of patient care experience is preferred. The role is hourly, with 8 scheduled hours per week.

Competenze

• Assist nursing team with patient care activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, walking.
• Record temperature or vital signs under direction of a nurse.

• Assist nursing team with patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of patients.

• Change bed linens and assist with patient transportation to tests and procedures.
• Serve and collect food trays and provide patients with between-meal nourishment.
