Job summary

SIMIC is seeking a quality control professional assigned to the department responsible for QC activities on components, materials, and manufacturing processes for major industrial projects in the nuclear sector. The candidate will verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, procedures, ITP/MIP, and project quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in mechanical, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in quality control in industrial, energy, nuclear, or construction sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of inspection plans, hold points and witness points is preferred.
• Knowledge of NDT is preferred depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, ITP/MIP and project quality requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and verify traceability of materials and components.
• Compile and update inspection reports, records, checklists, and quality documentation; report anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technical, production, and quality teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
