We are currently seeking a NPDI Material Planner to join our team in Tognana, Italy.

What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include:

1. Plan and monitor the flow of materials for prototypes, alpha/beta production, and throughout the NPDI cycle, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
2. Plan purchase orders aligned with production needs and laboratory requirements.
3. Create purchase orders based on information received in the system (Oracle) and during offline NPDI project meetings, ensuring they are tracked until aligned in Oracle.
4. Keep all materials planning parameters in the company's ERP system updated accurately and regularly.
5. Maintain daily contact with suppliers to calibrate delivery schedules.

• 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly recommended.
• Intermediate or high-level English skills, depending on the suppliers managed.

• Proficiency in computer applications and software.
• Good understanding of the supply process and inventory mechanisms in manufacturing companies.
• Experience with MRP systems.
