We are seeking a detail-oriented Norwegian Freelance writer to support SEO-driven content creation, localization, and editing. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Danish team to create well-performing, high-quality, culturally relevant content that resonates with Norwegian-speaking audiences.

The role

In this role you’ll work closely with our Danish Experience team to create high-quality, on-brand Norwegian content for well-known clients. The workload is project-based and can vary over time - some periods may be busier than others. This setup is ideal for a writer who takes pride in crafting great copy, meets deadlines, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Write, localize, and edit content in Norwegian for a variety of digital formats (landing pages, product pages, product listing pages etc.).
• Collaborate with project managers and strategists in the Danish team to meet brief requirements and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks and correct formatting, spelling, and grammar issues.
• Native-level fluency in Norwegian with strong writing and editing skills.
• An understanding of culturally relevant content that resonates with Norwegian-speaking audiences.
• Proven experience writing or editing content for digital media.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
• Strong communication skills in English or Danish for internal coordination.
• Strong attention to briefs and the ability to identify and correct formatting issues.
• The ability to follow brand tone and guidelines.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
• The ability to meet deadlines reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Willingness to join occasional Teams calls for additional clarification or briefing.
