Job Overview

• Management and mentoring of the Personal Care team in Italy.
• Strengthen sales activities, solidify existing business, and enhance product cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sourcing in local and Asian markets.
• Support strategic new business development through market analysis, identifying new target customers, and joint customer visits.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly reporting for the assigned territory.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Your Profile

• Academic background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• At least 5 years of experience in chemical distribution, preferably with Personal Care raw materials.
• Experience with intermediates and starting materials used in the Personal Care industry.
• Ability to travel regularly within key markets, including Asia.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
