Albelissa is an international outsourcing firm based in Turin. We are launching a non-profit program called "Potere alle Ragazze" to inspire young girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). The program will be implemented in the DACH countries and Italy. We seek university volunteers in these regions to lead and promote the program at their institutions, recruiting other volunteers and representing the initiative at local, regional, and national levels.

The Italian branch of the project is called "Potere alle Ragazze." Positions include:

  • Program Leader at your university
  • Regional Leader within your area
  • Country Leader in Italy

Responsibilities

  • Lead the program at your university, region, or country
  • Promote the program with local businesses and HR teams
  • Identify and collaborate with local schools, including your alma mater
  • Support women leaders during presentations at schools
  • Drive recruitment of talented young women in universities
  • Encourage confidence and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
  • Share advice with younger women in STEM
  • Organize and coordinate events at schools and with HR
  • Advertise events via social media platforms like Instagram

Prerequisites

  • Women studying in STEM at university, with 1-2 years remaining
  • Ambition to succeed in a STEM career
