About the Role:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will develop and maintain Tether’s backend components, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new products and features using agile methodologies to enhance user experience.
2. Ensure backend services are scalable, responsive, and real-time.
3. Implement high-security standards to protect user data and platform integrity.
4. Work with microservices architecture and complex platform development.
5. Engage with databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
6. Learn and adopt new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with blockchain integration and peer-to-peer technologies.
• Knowledge of high-availability systems, message queues (Redis), caches, and job queues.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Rust, or C++ is a plus.
