A leading international contractor based in Italy is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial and fiscal functions globally. The ideal candidate will hold a BA/MBA and possess over 10 years of international experience in financial management.

The corporation, founded in 1831, is a highly reputed Italian general contractor in the international construction market. While based in Northern Italy, our client operates globally. The annual turnover is € 1 bn, with around 90% of revenue being generated overseas.

The Responsibilities :

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for all international activities and will report directly to the CEO. The strategic objectives include managing all financial and fiscal functions as well as overseeing all statutory reports and responding to all legal requirements.

The Candidate : (m / f / d)

The candidate should have a solid business education (BA / MBA) with special expertise in finance, controlling or accounting. S / he should further look back on a minimum of 10 years of international experience in accounting and financial management.
