• What You’ll Do
• Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Manage payments and prepare bills.
• Patrol and secure hostel spaces.
• Assist with guest requests, complaints, or unexpected hiccups.
• What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with shifts and hours.
• Excellence in customer service.
• Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken & written).
