Competenze

• Professional experience in the same position in hotels of the same category.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ensure the proper functioning of the department during night hours.
• Manage all Front Office operations autonomously.
• Identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests.
• Ensure health and safety of the hotel at night.

Conoscenze
