About Park Hyatt Milano

Job Title: Night Auditor

We are looking for a diligent night auditor to join our hotel staff. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during the night shift.
  2. Handle all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) according to Hyatt policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  3. Deal with enquiries over the phone, face-to-face, and via email.
  4. Anticipate guests' needs to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  5. Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined.
  6. Maintain a high level of teamwork, showing cooperation and support to hotel colleagues.
  7. Be punctual and adhere strictly to hotel rules.
  8. Summarize each night's operations and list follow-up tasks for management.
  9. Complete the Night Audit controls and make necessary adjustments to run the End of Day procedure accurately.
  10. Prepare and review activities and reports for the next day, passing all necessary information to the team and management.
  11. Coordinate and supervise the hotel night activities in cooperation with other night staff, taking action when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English, Italian, and an additional language.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
