About Park Hyatt Milano

Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a diligent Night Auditor to join our hotel staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking guests in and out, processing bills, and attending to guest requests during the night shift.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during the night shift.
  2. Manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, guest escorting, cashier operations, guest care) in accordance with Hyatt policies and procedures.
  3. Handle inquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email.
  4. Anticipate guest needs to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  5. Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
  6. Support team cooperation and assist hotel colleagues as needed.
  7. Maintain punctuality and adhere to hotel rules.
  8. Summarize nightly operations and prepare follow-up tasks for management.
  9. Complete Night Audit controls and adjust figures to ensure accurate End of Day procedures.
  10. Prepare and review reports and activities for the following day, passing all necessary information to the team and management.
  11. Coordinate and supervise hotel night activities with other night staff and take necessary actions.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English, Italian, and at least one additional language.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
