Park Hyatt Milano is a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of the city, overlooking the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and a few steps from Piazza del Duomo and the Alla Scala opera house.

We are looking for a diligent night auditor to join our hotel staff. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during Night shift
  • Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests’ care) according to Hyatt policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct
  • Dealing with enquiries both over the phone, face to face and via email
  • Anticipate guests needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience
  • Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined
  • Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all the hotel colleagues
  • Be punctual at all times and adhere to general hotel rules strictly
  • Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
  • Complete the Night Audit controls and make all the necessary adjustments in order to run the End of Day procedure with the correct figures
  • Prepare and review activities and reports for the next day and pass all necessary information to the Daily team and Management
  • Coordinate and supervise the Hotel Night activities in cooperation with the other Hotel Night Staff members and take action when necessary

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, Italian and an additional language
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability in multitasking, problem solving and time-management
  • Teamwork skills and attitude
  • Past experience in customer service or hospitality
