Un hotel di lusso a Milano ricerca un Night Auditor appassionato di ospitalità per gestire le operazioni di Front Office. Le responsabilità includono la chiusura quotidiana e l'assistenza ai clienti. Descrizione del lavoro

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor role at Armani Hotel Milano. The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality business and willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in this world-renowned destination to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community. The Night Auditor reports to the Lifestyle Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities :
  1. Deal with all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guests’ care) according to Company policies, procedures, and compliance with our code of conduct.
  2. Perform daily closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, and provide data to statistics and local government institutions.
  3. Assist with all guest requests.
  4. Handle emergencies according to procedures.
  5. Maintain knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards as a plus.
Requirements :
