La 25hours Hotel Piazza San Paolino di Firenze cerca Night Auditor per il Front Office. Ruolo notturno, 24 ore settimanali, sede Firenze, inquadramento part-time. Si richiede esperienza in hotel e competenze in italiano e inglese.

Contratto iniziale di 6 mesi con finalità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato. Formazione completa fornita e opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno del gruppo.

Competenze

• Hai completato un corso di formazione nel settore alberghiero, hai maturato esperienza e parli fluentemente italiano e inglese.
• Sai ispirare lo staff e dare consigli sulla città.
• Sei una persona pragmatica, ammetti gli errori.

Mansioni

• Gestire il front office notturno e garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti dall'arrivo all'arrivederci.
• Assicurare la chiusura contabile della cassa e la verifica delle ricevute notturne.
• Essere contatto di riferimento per gli ospiti durante la notte e svolgere tour di sicurezza periodici.
• Garantire visite di sicurezza e mantenere l'ambiente tranquillo e sicuro.

From check-in to “See you again”: our 10-strong team at the 25hours Hotel Piazza San Paolino Front office ensures guests are happy from their first moment there till their last. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Front Office as Night Auditor (m/f/d).

We do not offer staff accommodation

How does your working day look like …

• Even when you’re at the reception late at night, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll make sure that the cash register accounts are done and the day’s receipts are checked before everybody wakes up again
• You’ll be available through the night as a contact person for all your guests’ needs
• You’ll be making regular safety inspection tours to make sure no-one gets lost in the building and everything’s peaceful and safe

Qualifiche

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You’ve completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some professional experience and can speak Italian and English both fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
• You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character

Orario di lavoro Part Time verticale turni dalle 23:00 alle 7:30 dal Lunedì alla Domenica

Sede di lavoro: Firenze (FI) - non offriamo disponibilità alloggiativa.

Contratto iniziale di 6 mesi con finalità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.

Offriamo un contratto part-time di 24h settimanali finalizzato all'inserimento a tempo indeterminato, con inquadramento livello C1 del CCNL Federturismo - Aica Confindustria con RAL tra i 14.500 e i 15.000 conmisurata all'esperienza.
