Competenze

• Laurea magistrale/triennale in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, Informatica, Ingegneria Elettronica o campi affini.
• Esperienza o forte interesse in reti mobili (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G) e architetture RAN/Core.
• Competenze di monitoraggio di rete e risoluzione problemi tramite sistemi OSS/BSS.
• Capacità di collaborazione e comunicazione efficace con team multidisciplinari.

Mansioni

• Progettare ed evolvere reti mobili 4G/5G, includendo RAN e Core Network.
• Monitorare le performance della rete, analizzare KPI e risolvere problemi.
• Partecipare all'integrazione e validazione delle infrastrutture mobili.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Next-generation mobile networks. You will contribute to the design and evolution of 4G and 5G mobile networks, working on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures that enable innovative and high-performance connectivity services.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Academic Background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.


• Expertise in Mobile Networks. Experience or strong interest in mobile telecommunication, with knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies, RAN and Core Network architectures and the core components of mobile network infrastructures and MVNO ecosystems.


• Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Ability to monitor and assess network performance through OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager and Telco monitoring and management platforms, contributing to technical issue resolution, service optimization.


• Network Design and Integration. Experience or strong interest in the design, validation, and optimization of mobile network infrastructures, including performance KPI analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and interoperability validation across multiple network domains and elements.


• Collaboration & Communication. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
