New Product Introduction Project Manager

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure that Customer’s project requirements are received and processed by internal functions.
• Convening the Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, assigning and coordinating the tasks associated with the introduction of new processes/projects within the site.
• Start-up, Coordination and monitoring of the project progress. Continuous contact with the Customers, identification and troubleshooting supported by the specialists of involved functions.
• Take part to the Quotation Process related to the introduction of new products and projects, processing costs and prices matching RfQ deadlines and working in tight collaboration with the Quotation Manager.
• Issuing and managing project management tools, assuring their correct use from the project team members.
• Project KPIs tracking and update of the weekly and monthly reports to share with the leadership and management team on a regular basis.

Your profile

• MSc in scientific subjects, engineering or similar (chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology or similar).
• At least 4 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility, good knowledge of technical aspects of pharmaceutical industry and CMO manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Technology transfer for sterile manufacturing, either in process and cleaning validation, quality operations or operations supervision roles.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management of medium to large projects for new molecules/process introduction, including new technologies and new dosage forms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Customers at all levels.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Financial KPI.
• Proficient English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing).
