A leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturer is looking for a New Product Introduction Project Manager in Borgo San Michele. The ideal candidate will have an MSc and at least 4 years of GMP manufacturing experience. Responsibilities include ensuring project requirements are met and coordinating new product introductions. Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.

New Product Introduction Project Manager

New Product Introduction Project Manager. Responsibilities

• Ensure that Customer's project requirements are received and processed by internal functions.
• Convene the Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, assign and coordinate the tasks associated with the introduction of new processes/projects within the site.
• Start-up, coordination and monitoring of the project progress. Maintain continuous contact with the customers, identify and troubleshoot supported by the specialists of involved functions.
• Participate in the Quotation Process related to the introduction of new products and projects, process costs and prices matching RfQ deadlines in tight collaboration with the Quotation Manager.
• Issue and manage project management tools, ensuring their correct use by project team members.
• Track project KPIs and update weekly and monthly reports to share with the leadership and management team on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• MSc in scientific subjects, engineering or similar (chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology or similar).
• At least 4 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility, good knowledge of technical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and CMO manufacturing processes.
• Experience in technology transfer for sterile manufacturing, either in process and cleaning validation, quality operations or operations supervision roles.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management of medium to large projects for new molecules/process introduction, including new technologies and new dosage forms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers at all levels.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Financial KPI.
• Proficient English and Italian (speaking, reading, writing).
