Job Description :

Our vision is to make Amazon the best place for third-party sellers of all sizes to grow and serve customers, leveraging world-class tools and services. The Senior New Key Account Manager will establish and own key seller relationships with top-tier companies to identify, evaluate, and drive their success. Serving as the face of Amazon Fashion, you will lead discussions with internal and external leaders to optimize the growth of leading industry brands. You will develop mechanisms to overcome blockers and navigate the intersection between seller goals, Amazon Fashion priorities, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have B2B and B2C experience, excellent communication skills, go-to-market experience, and the ability to drive programmatic success at scale.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Account Management
  • Acquire new Tier 1 brands for Amazon (including cold calling)
  • Drive growth for complex, high-value accounts
  • Develop and implement account strategies and joint business plans
  • Launch and scale high-profile sellers
  • Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across organizations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration
Business Planning & Execution
  • Own strategic planning and performance tracking
  • Contribute to business reviews and strategy documents
  • Execute strategic initiatives
  • Ensure delivery of business commitments
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
  • Fluent in German, Italian, and English (written & spoken), C1 minimum
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level
