We are cflox, a fast-growing FinTech company located in Hamburg. As an international payment institution and technology provider we combine payments, working capital and financing to create unique solutions for our customers. With cflox pay companies pay their suppliers on the agreed payment date but are charged 60 days later. Our customers are not only medium-sized companies but also large international corporates from different industries whom we convince with our innovative, digital products.

Responsibilities
  • Development and expansion of the Italian market for our product cflox pay.
  • Acquisition of new clients as well as client support and advice.
  • Development and support of our banking and non-banking partners.
  • Participation in local fairs and events supported by our Marketing team.
  • Continuous development of our services as well as client and partner processes in coordination with our team in Hamburg.
  • Identify market potentials in the working capital environment, develop appropriate solutions and independently negotiate client programs for our services at decision-making level.
Qualifications
  • You are an enthusiastic personality with several years of experience in corporate banking and/or B2B working capital environment.
  • A successfully completed degree, e.g. in the field of finance, economics or engineering.
  • Experience in advising companies of different sizes and/or strategic operative sales work in the B2B finance / trade finance / working capital sector.
  • Enthusiasm and a high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within the region of your responsibility.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. German would be nice, in addition.
