Partner with the best

Customer-facing staff responsible for winning business. Develops identified commercial opportunities/leads. Actively searches for commercial opportunities within the region, maintains opportunity pipelines with dedicated accounts. Eligible for the BRUSH Sales Incentive Plan.

As a New Built Sales Manager MENAT, you will be:

  • Promoting and selling to named account(s); adding a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review (client onboarding process). Include key accounts within a single business group/P&L/dedicated region. Focus on the fast-growing Synchronous Condenser market in MENAT, where the SM will define the full go-to-market strategy.
  • Responsible for following up on dedicated leads, developing/updating sales opportunities within the dedicated sales region.
  • Contributing to pricing and conditions with a certain degree of granularity.
  • Leading commercial and technical negotiations with clients.
  • Coordinating internal efforts on offers and technical solutions, involving engineering, production, and tendering teams.
  • Handling diverse clients in the region.
  • Focusing on local market needs.
  • Eligible for the BRUSH Sales Incentive Plan.
  • Reporting to the New Built Global Sales and Commercial Leader.
  • Traveling frequently within the market region as required.
  • Participating in dedicated events and fairs.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in commercial and technical negotiations with customers.
  • Have a minimum of 15 years of sales experience.
  • Have good knowledge of Brush products.
  • Have experience in sales within the power generation industry.
  • Have experience in grid transmission markets and synchronous condenser solutions and technologies.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Coordinate several commercial opportunities simultaneously.
  • Possess effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational abilities.
