Un'agenzia di selezione internazionale sta cercando un New Accounts Manager per un'azienda multinazionale di e-commerce a Milano. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea e esperienza in gestione account, dovrà comunicare fluentemente in italiano e inglese e supporterà le aziende nel loro lancio sul marketplace. Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione annuale competitiva.

Competenze

  • Comunicazione fluente in italiano e inglese (livello minimo C1).
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 12 mesi in gestione account o marketing.
  • Appartenenza alle categorie protette art. 1 L.68/99.

Mansioni

  • Identificare e contattare nuove aziende.

Randstad Talent Selection Opportunities is the specialized division in the Search & Selection of qualified professionals belonging to protected categories Art. 1 and Art. 18 L68/99.

For a multinational e-commerce company, we are looking for a New Accounts Manager.

Work location: Milan

We offer: permanent contract, annual salary (RAL) according to professional background, RAL 37/40K + PP.

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with flexibility, 1 day of smart working.

Responsabilità

The objective of the New Accounts Manager is to prospect and qualify high potential merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability. In addition to recruiting merchants, you will help them launch on the company's marketplace by ensuring mastery of catalogue, pricing, and other tools.

  • Identify and prospect companies, approach them, and initiate contact via cold calling and mailing.
  • Achieve objectives of launching new businesses on the website and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.
  • Support companies in their launch on the website by educating them on the benefits of developing their business on the platform.
  • Train sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.
  • Work with sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) to maximize their sales performance across all company Marketplaces in Europe.
  • Be proactive and develop new skills by managing cross-functional improvement projects, such as development of new tools, features, or processes, in an international environment.
Functie-eisen

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Account Management, Product Marketing, or Management Consulting.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Belonging to the protected categories art. 1 L.68/99.
