Job Description

Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments. The company is dedicated to improving patient lives by collaborating with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies around the world.

They are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to cover Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. As the business expands, additional countries such as Africa and Central Asia may be included. This is a full-time, home-office-based position, ideally with easy access to a major airport in Europe.

The role involves overall responsibility for marketing and sales plans in the region, focusing on sales revenues, regulatory and reimbursement processes, and developing business collaborations with partners.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience with capital medical devices in the region
  • Preferred experience in the neurosurgery market
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  • Confident negotiation skills, attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Result-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global company environment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define annual business goals for the region, including orders and sales, per quarter and country
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities for current and future years
  • Manage relationships with partners (distributors, GE, Siemens)
  • Set sales goals with partners and work towards achieving them
  • Maintain relations with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Develop sales strategies for the products UF, Neuro, Oncology/Bone
  • Follow up on sales execution plans and close deals
  • Update commercial reporting tools regularly
  • Build effective relationships with business partners for account coordination
  • Ensure revenues from service and disposables meet goals

Site Development:

  • Work towards achieving company goals in the number of treatments performed

Region’s Marketing:

  • Collaborate with VP of marketing and product managers to define regional marketing plans
  • Assist in customizing sales and marketing tools to communicate value propositions effectively

Reimbursement:

  • Lead the reimbursement process
  • Develop reimbursement strategies with the team
  • Engage stakeholders such as patients, societies, insurers, and administration for support

Regulatory:

  • Support VP of regulatory affairs in regulatory planning and implementation
