Cisco in Italy is seeking a Consulting Engineer to drive technology design, implementation, execution and optimization for customer projects. You will work with customers to plan, design, configure and diagnose Cisco’s products and services to accelerate outcomes.

Role requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent with 3-6 years of experience, solid RS (Routing & Switching) knowledge, and CCNP or higher. Italian and English language skills are required, with collaboration across account teams and

Competenze

3–6 years of relevant work experience.
Solid knowledge of RS (Routing & Switching) and network design.
Experience with Cisco tools and services.
CCNP or higher certification.
BSc Computer Science or equivalent degree.

Mansioni

Drives technology design, implementation and optimization for customer projects.
Plans, designs, configures and diagnoses Cisco products to accelerate outcomes.
Assists customers with integration and implementation of tools and services.
Supports presales activities and translates business requirements into solution design.
Builds simulations in test labs to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues.
Creates and delivers customer collateral, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes.
Works with Cisco teams and partners on deployment strategies.
Captures new implementation techniques and shares lessons with the team.
