Join our team at Grafton Banking & Insurance, a dedicated team focused on valuing candidates' experiences, skills, and potential in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors.

We are seeking candidates for an important insurance company operating internationally, to support the Assistance department remotely. The role involves providing assistance to banking consultants in selling life insurance products, supporting other company functions, and communicating with clients remotely.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing email requests from banking consultants;
2. Handling requests via dedicated phone service;
3. Supporting core activities such as claims, variations, emissions, and regulatory tasks;
4. Interacting with various company functions to manage relationships with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, legal services, or political sciences (preferably);
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation;
• Positive, consultative approach with strong communication skills;
• Good proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Office;
• Motivation, proactivity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Location & Working Hours:

Mogliano Veneto, full-time (37 hours/week). Post-training, flexible smart working up to 3 days/week, including one fixed on Fridays.

Contract Details:

12-month fixed-term contract via temporary agency, with a gross annual salary of €29,000, CCNL Ania, and €7 tickets, also available in smart working.
