Your day at NTT DATA

Be part of a competent and collaborative team contributing to a strategic IT journey for an important client. Based in Milan, the NTT team collaborates with the client's local and international IT teams, focusing on Network and Network Security infrastructure.

You will work primarily with technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, VMware Velocloud, and Riverbed.

As a member of this project, you'll have the opportunity to join NTT, a leader in Network Managed Services, and work with a multinational leader in eyewear and eye care, enhancing your skills and competencies.

What you'll be doing

• Staging and infrastructure setup
• Physical installations and configurations
• Functional testing and support during implementation
• Supporting Network Operations in incident resolution, changes, and requests
• Assisting in maintenance and change management activities

Qualifications

• IT educational background
• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a multinational environment
• Cisco Certifications (CCNA); additional vendor certifications are a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work virtually and in hybrid teams
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Italian and English; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel abroad as required
• Availability for on-duty scheduling
