Net Reply Network Engineer Job Description

We are seeking Network Engineers for our offices in Rome and Milan.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, design, and develop complex systems for network monitoring and management.
2. Define management processes and transform client network systems, leveraging new market technologies.
3. Assess networks, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements to minimize time-to-market and enhance network efficiency.
4. Analyze logs and troubleshoot using the best available solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Management Engineering.

Technical skills required include:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP & ISO/OSI stacks.
• Understanding of switching, routing protocols, and main network design, with experience in LAN/WAN networks.
• Experience with BGP/MPBGP, L3VPN/L2VPN protocols, and Telco architectures.
• Experience in designing solutions, feasibility studies, and network troubleshooting.
• Preferred knowledge of IS-IS protocol, MPLS network design and implementation, QoS and Multicast services management, and configuration in end-to-end scenarios (CPE, DSLAM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Innovative mindset.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
