The Role

We are seeking a Network Development Specialist based in Milan, with frequent travel across Europe (approximately 60-70% of the time).

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for EV sales and after-sales facilities, leading site selection and lease negotiations with landlords.
• Liaise with manufacturers to present site proposals, secure support, and adjust plans based on feedback.
• Coordinate design communication, collaborating with appointed designers to ensure alignment with the EV brand image and manufacturer requirements while complying with local building regulations.
• Oversee design and construction timelines to ensure timely completion and operational readiness.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, and provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Valid Italian or EU driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
• Proven negotiation, coordination, and project management abilities.
• Prior experience in automotive (especially EV-related) site development or projects is a plus.

Offer :

• Competitive salary (negotiable) under a CCNL Commercio contract, including 14 months’ pay , weekends off, and public holidays. Additional benefits to be discussed.
• Current remote work (Smart Working) , transitioning to a Milan office later.
• Start Date : ASAP
