Job Description

In the Chief Technology Office – Competence Development Area, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to join our team as Net OSS Cloud DevOps Engineer . You will be part of a dynamic and strategic environment focused on the digital transformation of Telco processes at TIM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software lifecycle and configure Cloud environments for Telco OSS systems.
• Work on process orchestrators and design tools for Engineering and Operations of mobile and fixed networks.
• Handle Inventory platforms and systems for network data collection and analysis.
• Implement testing automation, deployment in production, and monitoring in complex environments.
• Ensure security, networking, scalability, and code quality in OSS systems.

Technical Skills Required

• Experience in operation of cloud-based platforms.
• Automation systems and CI / CD pipelines.
• Knowledge and management of relational and non-relational databases.
• Telco network architectures (mobile and fixed).
• Telco OSS systems and network system integration tools.
• Advanced network data analysis (data lake, ML / AI).
• Knowledge of ICT Operations & Alarm Management platforms.
• Application of DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Cloud Architect and DevOps certifications (preferably GCP).
• At least 5 years of experience in ICT / Telco contexts managing OSS projects on cloud.
• Experience in data management and automation projects.
