For our offices in Rome, Milan and Turin, we are looking for Network Architect!

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysing, designing and developing end-to-end network solutions in complex scenarios for customers, based on their specific requirements and business needs.
• Studying new technologies and approaches.
• Working with the project management team to properly implement and deliver projects.
• Working with the team in the drafting of project documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotic Engineering or Management Engineering.

Technical skills

• Excellent knowledge of the TCP/IP stack.
• Knowledge of Network Protocols: Ethernet, PPP, PPPoE, RADIUS.
• Knowledge of Routing Protocols: RIP, OSPF, BGP.
• Knowledge of Technologies: LAN, VLAN, WLAN, VPN, NAT.
• Knowledge of Services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, AAA, NTP, LDAP, AD, HTTP(S).
• Knowledge of FTTH/B Retail/Wholesale access network architectures.
• Knowledge of BNG/BRAS functionality.
• Knowledge of MP_BGP, MPLS and solutions based on L3VPN, VPLS, EVPN, etc.
• Knowledge of new architectures and approaches, such as Software-Defined Network (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN).
• Knowledge of basic software architectures from a network and security perspective.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Strong propensity for innovation.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Certifications:

• CCNP Routing & Switching.
