In our office in Rome, we are looking for a Cloud Architect.

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and implementation of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform).
2. Management and optimization of VMware vSphere, vCenter virtualized environments.
3. Support the security, reliability, and performance of cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
4. Infrastructure automation with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell.
5. Monitoring emerging technologies and developing continuous improvement strategies.
6. Support strategic decisions in cloud and virtualization areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotic Engineering, or Management Engineering.

Technical skills

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
2. Knowledge in networking, cybersecurity, and identity management.
3. Scripting and automation skills (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell).
4. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Preferred certifications: VCP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and management of complex stakeholders.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
8. Strong inclination towards innovation.
9. Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
