Une entreprise alimentaire de premier plan recherche un(e) Materials & Chain Specialist pour un contrat temporaire de remplacement de maternité. Le candidat idéal aura au moins un an d'expérience en Trade Marketing, avec des compétences analytiques solides, et jouera un rôle clé dans la planification stratégique des canaux et l'optimisation des activités de marketing.

Competenze

• Plus d'un an d'expérience en Trade Marketing ou ventes OOH.

Position Summary

The Materials & Chain Specialist plays a key role in enabling strategic execution across Additional, Chains and Vending channels by providing structured insights, developing channel-specific guidelines, and managing point-of-sale materials. This role acts as a cross-functional connector between Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, ensuring data-driven planning and efficient material deployment to support brand activations.

A day in the life of the Materials & Chain Specialist

• Structures data collection and sharing processes from the field (working with MD-Sales teams), leading analysis of sell-in and sell-out data (in collaboration with BI), tracking volume trends and key KPIs to ensure consistency between strategy and field performance;
• Monitors KPIs for field activities and strategic point-of-sale execution using tools like AFS, in coordination with MD & Sales teams;
• Translates brand strategies into channel plans, defining must-win battles, channel priorities, assortment and distribution guidelines, value chains and route-to-market approaches, facilitating channel-specific commercial agreements and provides strategic guidance for sell-out KPIs aligned with business priorities
• Designs non-price promotional activities, supports innovation launches and sets up task forces for specific business goals;
• Leads strategic planning of POS materials, from scouting and briefing (with sales and channel experts) to allocation and post-evaluation (via STACI and AFS);

What will make you successful

• 1+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or OOH Sales roles;
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation and visualization (BI tools, sell-in / sell-out KPIs);
• Familiarity with field operations and the commercial dynamics of Out-of-Home channels;
• Experience in developing channel strategies, promotional frameworks, and budget planning;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and BI teams;
• Proactive mindset, structured approach and strong project management capabilities;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority;
