  • Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
  • Select appropriate dialysis methods and devices, personalizing treatment based on patient conditions.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care through suitable therapy choices.
  • Handle medical issues and consult or transfer patients as needed.
  • Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination.
  • Review healthcare reports and activities for quality and compliance.
  • Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health documentation.
  • Maintain and update medical records.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree with specialization in nephrology.
  • Professional registration.
  • Knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
