We are seeking a Junior Back Office Commerciale for a client company specializing in the marketing of Product Plans (Sheets/Ribbons).

Responsibilities:

1. General secretarial activities
2. Order data control and stock availability checks
3. Preparation of offers and quotes
4. Order reception, entry into management system, monitoring, and processing
5. Client contact management within Italy and abroad
6. Coordination with production to ensure delivery times, order confirmations, and reporting
7. Handling of complaints

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing environments is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Ad hoc Zucchetti is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of French and/or German
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and team spirit

Employment Details:

• Initial temporary placement with potential extensions and permanent contract
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with one-hour break
